Validation / Audit / Definition Action plan: this support is intend for installed a data center, the aim is to make an audit of the existing situation and to propose a corrective action program (Short term, middle term) which can be applied in a second stage with the support (workload: 14 days for 1 consultant).
Infrastructure Assessment and Design: these phases concern new project deployment or a migration project (). As far as I will define the whole architecture, I will have to acquaint in a exhaustive way with the current environment ( Infra structures Assessment ) before being able of developing a coherent Design of Architecture which takes care of Customer constraints and orientations.(Workload: 6 in 8 weeks for 1 consultant).
Built and Test Phase: this phase is under my support , except express request from customer. However several contexts justify it, considering my expertise developed through Scripting tools which concern particular problems.(Workload: to be define according to the context, number of applications,customer’s request).
Roll out Phase & support: a support can be delivered at request particularly when any questions stay open (Workload: to be define according to the context, number of applications,customer’s request). |
